How’s your diet—Really?

You’ve heard it your whole life: eat your vegetables.

But here’s the uncomfortable truth, today’s vegetables are not the same as they were decades ago. Modern agricultural practices have stripped our soil of essential nutrients. And when the soil is depleted, the food grown in it is too. What looks fresh and healthy on your plate may no longer deliver the same nutritional value your body depends on.

Important commercial high-yielding fruits such as apples, oranges, mango, guava, banana, and vegetables such as tomato and potato have lost their nutritional density by up to 25–50% or more during the last 50 to 70 years due to environmental, genetic, and field soil dilution factors.

Micronutrients – a missing link

We all know the importance of macronutrients (EFAs, carbohydrates, amino acids etc.) in our diet, but what about micronutrients. “Micronutrient inadequacies” is becoming a greater issue in the developed world. It is defined as getting some micronutrients (above the deficiency level) but below the recommended allowance (RDA). Micronututrient inadequacies might lead to “hidden hunger” conditions and eventually may lead to impaired immunity, general fatigue and cognitive deficits.

Restoring what’s missing!

Fulvic & Humic Acid Complex

Exalt is designed to enhance what our modern food is missing. At its core is a fulvic and humic acid complex, naturally derived compounds that have always been part of the human food chain. Their role is simple but powerful: help your body absorb, transport, and utilize nutrients more effectively.

A high-quality fulvic complex—such as the one found in Exalt—can help improve the retention, absorption, and utilization of nutrients from both food and supplements. It also provides a source of organically bound trace minerals that are readily used by the body.

Help rebuild your health foundation!

The ingredients found in Exalt are critical to rebuilding your foundation including….

70+ Organically Bound Trace Minerals

Naturally complexed for immediate usability

Fulvic & Humic Acid Fractions

Key compounds for nutrient transport and bioavailability

Detoxifying Enzymes

Support the body’s natural cleansing processes

What does the research say about fulvic/humic?

The Benefits of Fulvic and Humic

Humic substances like Exalt contain a wide range functional groups that have been shown to act as antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory.

Antioxidant properties

Numerous studies have reported the antioxidant properties of HS, highlighting their protective roles, their ability to interrupt radical chain reactions, and their potential to prevent damage to cell membranes and biological macromolecules.

Anti-inflammatory properties

Multiple studies suggest that FA exhibits anti-inflammatory properties by inhibiting the release of proinflammatory mediators from immune cells
